You need to approach her, strike up a convo as mentioned above, then ask open ended questions. Try to find something you have in common, and then talk about that.
Tell her you have to go, but that you would REALLY like to talk to her more. Promptly give her your number (without waiting for a response). or take hers and see what happens.

OP maybe you should make sure you hit it off with her first and try to do it away from her "partner". That way you'll know if its worth asking her out and there's less chance she'll be teased about it for whatever reason.
The only other way to bag a classy lady is to give her two tickets to the gun show lets see if she likes the goods.

Do what others here have said like striking up conversation, flirt, lots of eye contact and let her know you are interested but dont give her your number till they go. Shake her hand, look her in the eyes, smile a cheeky smile and palm off your number on a piece of paper to her. There is no greater way.

Here's an update.
I went and spoke to her today and the other guy wasn't there so it was just her and me. We were talking for over an hour and seemed to get on really well. She then asks me if I would like to go rounds hers later, I was finishing at 12pm today and she was almost finished the job and didn't have anything else on in the afternoon so of course I agreed.
She leaves at about 11am and I told her I'll come over as soon as I leave work.
As soon as I finished I went there as quick as I could because I was thinking "todays the day". Anyway I get there, we kiss for a bit and then we go up to her room.
We get upstairs and she opens the door to her bedroom and inside there are whips, ropes and all kinds of other nasty stuff. She then tells me to strip off so she can tie me up and whip me.
I ran out of the house as quick as I could and sped off. She won't be doing any work for us again.
