need HDD advice, considering upgrading etc

Alright,

First of all, what programe shall i use to check the speed of my hdd's at the moment please?

iv got a 80gb samsung for windows 7,

and a 160gb maxtor which has documents and programes installed on which is quite full now.

iv had the maxtor since i think when sata came out haha! so its rediculessly slow, i mean they do everything i want them to do still, but its time i go SSD and a bigger storage hdd.

iv already got my eyes set on OCZ Agility 3 60GB 2.5" SATA-3 for windows 7 boot drive

what other HDD should i get for storage? preferibly 500gb or over.

use atto program to bench hdd's/ssd's

i love the samsung f3 1tb and f4 2tb drives myself,i get 150mb read/write on empty f3 1tb,and 130mb read/write on the f4 2tb,not bad at all considering the size of the hdd,very quiet too

just used that tool, getting 40-45mb read and write on both drives LOL.

Okay defo going to upgrade sometime soon.

and is 150mb read and write for a 1tb a good speed? im not too clued up on the hdds speeds of which are fastest etc
