Hi guys. Recently was experiencing some game bsods, and game crashes.
Checked my storage drives and was a bit surprised.

It looks like there's something i need to worry about.
I've games installed on D drive, which is on "yellow" HDD.

I'm thinking to replace it with something, but don't know what to choose.
I need 1Tb HDD, Max 2Tb. What to choose WD or Hitachi, and if WD Blue/Green/Red/Black.......
I'm going to use it for games and mb documents.

cheers

How do you know that the number of reallocated sectors is causing the game to crash?
Have you had a look at Event Viewer > System?
Have you tried moving the games to one of the other drives?

I haven't tried to move games to other drive, as it's pretty much full.
Just checked event viewer, and don't see anything completely weird there.
The worrying part was not the crashes of the game, but the status "caution" for hdd.
I've ordered EVO 850 and will move System on new drive, and use Vertex for my games

36 reallocated sectors isn't the end of the world. HDDs have thousands of spares for this reason. You'll have to monitor the situation over time to get an idea of how fast they're occurring. I recommend Hard Disk Sentinel.

Don't forget to keep a regular backup of important data.
