you could get just the 1g ram instead of 2g and then upgrade later?
go with case such as the antec slk3000b which comes with a psu?
also if you will not be overclocking you could get the asrock mobo? as i believe its half the price of your chosen mobo?

whats ** budget for the monitor?
if you go to the monitor section there are some "monitor experts" who will spec u a bang for buck one to go with that system....
just make sure you will be able to play at the screen res on max settings for most if not all games...
