Need help/advice

My Specs are:-- Intel i7 930 2.8Ghz
- 6GB Ram
- Asus P6TD deluxe
- Ati 5970
- Windows 7 64bit
- Titan Fenrir Cooler
- Corsair HX 750W ATX Modular SLI Compliant Power Supply

Been trying to overclock this for ages now and im getting a problem which i cant seem to sort or find any information about it anywhere online and ive searched for about 20+ hours already! Well basically what happens is i do my overclock and run 20 runs of linxs to check stability and it passed, i also ran prim95 for 2.5 hours and it was all good on this to. Heres the problem... When i turn off the pc and go back on it in say 8 hours time it gets to the starting windows screen and never seems to load past there. What i need to do is hold the power button to turn it off and then remove the power cord for a minute or so then plug it back it and when i load it up again it boots up fine :S

ive tried the settings all different ways and ive tried voltages up to 1.35. these settings are near enough what i have now but ive tried changing them around to get it to work. Since im not at home i cant give you the exact ones at the moment...
