Well you can still knock some money off it, the motherboard below is the same but doesn't have solid capacitors, the case and PSU combo saves you a bit of cash and will be fine provided you don't go too crazy with the overclocking or adding in another more powerful graphics card. You could start off with 1gb Ram as well to save a bit of cash and if you are happy not to overclock really then use the retail heatsink and fan.
