Just a quick question, can you check that this build is ok? I would just like a second opinion before I buy £500 worth of PC

1 x Asus P8Z77-V LX2 Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £79.99
1 x Corsair Vengeance Blue 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz £89.99
1 x OcUK Crusade 750W Dual-Rail High Efficiency '80 Plus' Power Supply £54.98
1 x Gfx I have already.
£470 ish.
