Ok guys even after all those presets iv stil no luck, here is the origional shot:

and the output :

The closest I can find is 'BW noble' but its still not quite right, any ideas?

Have you tried searching for sepia presets, as that appears to the type of effect closest to what you're after?

not sure why`d you would want em anyway - they seems to be blowing the highlights out and make the image look rather flat. There are far better BW presets out there.
