Need help for friend

Car has problem starting and one of the spark plugs was loose because thread has gone and plug cannot tighten. Any ideas for a simple cheap fix until its properly done.

Hmm.. it depends on whether the thread is damaged on the spark plug or the head.

If the sparky is damaged, just replace it. If the head is damaged, your friend is ******.

If the head is damaged, you just need to get it helicoiled. You can buy the kit to do it yourself but you'd probably be better to let a garage do it for you
