Need help installing bf3

Hey guys,

so i caved in and purchased bf3 yesterday on origins when it was on offer. Anyway im tryinging to run the game now but whenever i do it's giving me an error saying the game could not be found with this account and im left with 3 options.

1) enter product key
2) sign in with different account
3) buy this game

Now when i try going for the first option im left to wait for a bit but then met with the message saying 'we've noticed your computer is currently offline, please go online to activate'. However the strange thing is that i am online :confused:

I would talk to an EA rep but the waiting time atm is 80 mins and that's just too long

So any help? Thanks

do u see bf3 listed under your games within origin ?

is origin up to date and have you restarted it since you purchased the game.

Yup to all 3, i also reinstalled origins

when it says go online to activate , does it provide a link ?

did you get any sort of key via email etc ?

I got the serial for the game in a email and these are the screen shots im presented with.

when you purchased the game is the username, email, password exactly the same when your trying to log into origin? check your emails for your purchase confirmation and copy and paste them details into origin.

Thats strange, when i try look at order history on the website nothing comes back but i still got the email confirming the purchase.

Blargh, been on chat for almost 2 hours and they can't fix the issue yet. Least i got a code for 20% off.

Arhh this is taking the royal ****, had this game for what...3 days now and still can't play. Downloaded a new copy with that given code and im still getting the same problem. If they can't fix it by today im going to demand a refund.
