Need help installing my Motherboard

This is really noob.. But I've only ever installed motherboards with motherboard trays. My new Thermaltake Soprano doesn't have one and I don't have a clue what to do

There is a little brass pin in the centre which I'm assuming may discharge the motherboard.. But I really don't have a clue.

If anyone has or has had a Soprano, could they tell me how to go about putting the motherboard in?

I've looked at both manuals but to no avail.

And a few other reviews installation of mobo is a breeze.

Not owned a soprano [never will - crappy ThermalTake ] so I don't know whats going on.
