need help overclocking

Hi, no I didnt clean it off. pulled the plastic cover off, saw the perfect square but didnt realise it was thermal paste pre applied. I then applied thermal paste to the processor and put them together.
 
guys stop talking about ac freezer pro and hijacking my thread...i need answers! stuff like this:
