Hello people,

Recently my PC has started to freeze when I'm in the BIOS. Sometimes it's fine and I can change what I need to and exit but it feels like it's happening more and more. It's only started happening recently, since I swapped my GPU I guess.

I have a Gigabyte Z97X-SLI. My computer runs perfectly otherwise.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Locking up whilst actually inside the BIOS? I can only imagine the BIOS image is corrupt or something then? When in BIOS the output is done by your CPU iirc so I don't see how the CPU could affect it really.

Yeah it's strange. Would it be worth 're-flashing (you you do that)? I'm already on the latest BIOS version.

Remove GPU,plug in monitor cable into the mb,then flash BIOS with USB stick and qflash if it doesn't cure it you can always flash back to your previous bios
