Need help please

My mates old Radeon 5770 has broke, he has a dell pc with a 350watt power supply which only has 1 six pin PCI-E cable he has a budget of £150 and needs a new graphics card to go in it, any recommendations please?

Yeah its bad the computer is i7 860 @ 2.80Ghz, 6GB RAM with a Dell Motherboard

Do you think it will give me a good enough performance for Modern Warfare 3 and Diablo 3?

Will my power supply run it or do i need a new one?

My power supply is a standard size is that PSU you linked the same size?

If i try and run the 6850 on my current power supply and it isn't powerful enough, will it damage my pc or just shut down?
