Need help please

Im just wondering if any1 has a better way to contact them so its easier to talk insted of keep refreshing this page e.g skype because i just need abit of help with my pc because games crash, im not overclocked and ive reformatted pc and reset bios and it still happens
 
You may wish to post a bit of detail about your build, components used etc and the game you are playing, settings on the game (are you playing at max, does it work find on low) temperatures. Things like that.
 
Okay heres my problem my games were crashing randomly 1 day and i didnt change settings so someone said clear cmos and theres 2 buttons on my motherboard 1 says
CMOS_SW and the other says RST_SW i pressed both :/ dont no if thats the right thing
i play all my games on high
splinter cell black list, league of legends and minecraft, those are the games i been playing and they have crashed but i never used to like a week ago and since i pressed them buttons i had problems with my boot it wasent going to desktop so i looked up online how to fix and managed to get on pc then i downloaded everything all drivers ect so then i downloaded league of legends and during the gameplay i get flashes across the whole screen throughtout the game and when i play splinter cell its all laggy like it feels all jolty like its just not running smoothly and all this has just happened the past few days i have no clue what to do and i have only had my pc for 7 months and spent just under a 1 grand and for this to happen :/

If everything is at stock,try setting CPU/vtt voltage in the BIOS to 1.10v you might need that amount with 16gb of memory

Also look in catalyst control centre/overdrive and set power control slider to 20% then see if games still crash
 
Okay i got the power control settings at 20% which is max and also i had the latest bios but i downgraded 1 version lower so yes everything is stock nothing is overclocked, my cpu was but now i have put older version its all gone to stock
 
and ookay im gonna open this page on a laptop and then go into bios so i can still tell you what it all says
 
Ahh okay the first thing ive seen in boot option #1 is EUFI: USB USB
is that right? i have a ssd and a normal harddrive and my windows is loaded on my ssd so shouldent boot option 1 be something eles not UEFI: USB USB?

heres my voltage

okay when i click boot option #1 it just has
p1: ST1000DM003-1CH162
P2: TSSTcorp cddvdw sh-224bb
thats all i got and disable
what 1 is my ssd :S
 
Okay i got a bit in the save and exit menu and it has boot override and it has p3: sandisk sdssdx120gg25

but that dosent appear in my main boot menu bit why?
