Need help please

Not sure if I'm putting this post in the right area of the forum. I'm having a problem with my pc. I decided to get myself a new case to fit a corsair h100 I changed everything over into my new case and turned on the pc everything seemed to be fine until I noticed every app on my secondary drive image was missing and when I try to open the app it says please insert cd

Does anybody know why this might be happing?

I7 2600k ocz ssd, I'm running windows 7. I've found out what the problem is but don't know how to fix it.

The problem is before I changed case my secondary hard drive was named D but now it's E so I think the computer is confusing its self when it goes to look for a file

Change the drive letter in admin tools, Start - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Disk Management (in the left hand panel). Right click drive and change drive letters

When ever I try to do that it says " the parameter is incorrect" what does that mean?

Possibly because the drive in question has the page file on it. Try right clicking My Computer and select Properties - Advanced System Settings - Performance Settings - Advanced - Change (under Virtual memory). Uncheck the automatic management box and set the page file on a different drive.

Then I'm out of ideas. I'm tempted to point my finger at the drive being in use somehow which is preventing the change in letter. Post in the Windows subsection and see if the software guys can help out

did you plug all the drives back into the same SATA port on the mobo after the case change?
