Need help recovering a hard drive partition

Hi all,

I've just done a very stupid thing and deleted my backup drive partition. Did this by selecting it by accident in win xp setup and instant 'doh moment. I know the data is still there cos I've found recovery tools that show all the files intact but they are all demo versions that will not allow me to restore unless I buy the full version. So I'm asking does anyone know of freeware drive recovery software that easy to use so I can access my data again?

Thanks a lot, feeling so relieved now i got that fixed. Cost $39 which is about £20 which isn't to bad to recover all my data including my uni dissertation report.
