Although not a K edition this CPU is still a capable clocker. It has a limited multi of x38 so you can clock this CPU just fine, doing so you get a single core turbo of 3.8Ghz, dual and triple core turbo of 3.7Ghz and a Quad core turbo of 3.6Ghz. And the best bit is all on stock voltage! If you in for a CPU that will perform excellent at stock and even better with a risk free OC then seriously concider this CPU.

That's what someone put on the review section. I feel confused. :/

It's a non'K' version. That's the best within budget really. There is no need to overclock, it will give any overclocked AMD a bloody nose, while remaining cool and efficient.

It has limited overclocking, but I wouldn't bother, it's plenty fast at stock. Not sure you can overclock with the H61 anyway.

I made very small, but imo good amendments?

i was reading reviews on the drive you spec'd and noticed a lot of people saying the drive fails within a few months, so i change it to this:

LG GH22NS70 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM

then changed the hard drive to Samsung SpinPoint F3 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (HD502HJ) as I've heard good things about this drive and its only a couple of quid more

Yeah, I've had a couple of cheap samsung optical drives cr*p out myself. LG probably for the best.

I have two F3 1TB, and no complains.

Pretty sure you can get turbo boost up to something like 4.0GHz on those locked SB chips.
