That'd work. If you can find a cheap 970 board it'd be better as the 760 boards are getting a bit out of date.

I would look at getting a reasonable case and definitely a better Psu than that £13 piece of crap in your link. It will have no protection and when it goes, it will in all likelihood take the rest of your system with it. So, for your own sake, get a decent Psu.

The mobo should come with a couple of data cables for your hdd and optical drive.
The power cables you need will be on the Psu.
