Need help with a form in Access 2003

We use a Access Database at work that was setup by an employee that is long gone. I'm trying to do a basic bit of editing but I'm pretty clueless.

This is what I want to change.

He's set up a combo box with a list of names, which I'm pretty sure I can edit, but what he's also done is linked it to some text boxes, which when you change name, changes the colour of 1 of the text boxes. I can't figure out how he has done that.

All I want to do is add some more names and corresponding colours.

Its called conditional formatting as far as I would say. Has he used macros or VBA?

Sorry for the late reply and also sorry that I can't really give an answer.
Is there a way to check to see what he has used?

Edit - Just clicked on Conditional Formatting, looks like he'll did it all there.

Glad you could get back to us albeit 10 days later...

This is a standard feature in the application under the 'control formatting' group. Depending of which version of office you are on they sometimes move about the controls.
