I need a bit of help, I'm translating a presentation into English and one of the lines translates to "our ears are always open to the customers needs". Now i'm sure there is a saying that better encapsulates this but I'm having a memory blank and can't think of it. Any ideas on how to put this more eloquently?

Thanks in advance!

Mistranslations are much more fun..
