Need help with a small questionnaire

Hi all,

a friend of mine is doing her thesis and she is doing a questionnaire... if you have 5 spare minutes I would greatly appreciate it if you could fill it up and send it to me by email or however you please

I need all age groups so I would really appreciate anyone who finds the time to do it

You can copy and paste it to a format of your choice and send it that way ... I'm fine with anything really as she needs he answers by tomorrow early morning

Have people never used ASP for web based quetionnaires then write it to a database or use CDO to email it?!? would make life a lot easier.
