Need help with MW2

So i have just gone on it for the first time but need some help:
*edit* solved the options problem
- Where the hell is "Options"??! I know you can access it in game but and MP but i'd rather not watch the intro vid in crap res

Secondly, i can't get on to MP. I just get a black screen when i try to start it up.
Can anyone help?

I've had the black screen before, but I just left it and it started. It did take a few minutes at one point, but my advice is to just leave it and see if something appears. :)

i had this after the frist patch even after a hour of waiting , to fix it (this is after reinstalling twice) i uninstalled MW2 , went into steams options , changed steam to German , closed steam , opened steam changed back to English and closed and reopened again then installed MW2 and it worked.

you prob could do it in fewer steps but that's what fixed it for me . Hope it helps
