Need help with my new monitor

Hey

So i just revived my new monitor: YOUR BASKET
1 x Iiyama ProLite GB2488HSU-B1 24" 1920x1080 TN 144Hz 1ms Widescreen LED Super Slim Bezel Monitor - Black £209.99
Total : £219.59 (includes shipping : £8.00 Ex.VAT).

Just started to notice that when i am playing a game that there is screen tear. I have tried it in bf4 and cs:go. Any suggestions?

Turn Vsync ON.

I had enabled Vsync but still getting it ever so slightly. However the colors dont seam as good as my old monitor when i am in GTA 5. It seems more dull. I have played around with the settings and got it a little bit better.

In your GFX control panel have you checked its refreshing at 144Hz and not defaulted to 60Hz?

Just done that, ccc only allows me to set it to 95hz. just tried in cs:go and i am still getting some tearing

Is the monitor being correctly identified?

VBsync ON in both CCC and the game options? (sometimes you have "Vsync ON no matter what" or "let application" decide) well you do in Nvidia so wonder if AMD is the same.

Just set it to 144hz in a different option
