Can you post your specs please.
Also check your temperatures and running latest drivers for your hardware.

What motherboard and PSU have you got and make of RAM.
Try downloading mem test to check your RAM for any errors, what's your temps like!

Did you plug all cables required for the graphics card and CPU (just a thought)

Depending on what games you are playing it could be your graphics card overheating (couldn't it?!?). Use a programme called "core temp" to check your temps.

Are you using ATI'S Catalyst control center for your graphics card, what operating syatem are you using.

Sorry for all the questions as the problem could be one of many things, and a case of going through bit by bit.

Those temps seem normal for idle, do you have any software which can stress your system, ie win mark 2006.

them temperature are when i am runnng 3 msns 2 TS's and 2 vents and mirc windows meadia player and a game with low graphics and all the driver things for the computer in the back ground. that when i took them temperatures

so its not idle and i am running windows xp home.

i dont know what i am using for my graphic its a nvida control thing.

the computer will not get hot i dont think i have 3 main big fans on it one on the cpu and the the power one. so there lots of cold air getting to it.

this is the case: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-014-TT
