Need help with new PC

Hi guys i need your help before i go to work!

Today i have got my new PC parts (in description) i wanted to try it in bf4 and all but after turning it ( the PC) on and setting it to boot from my old SsD with windows 7 but the sec windows 7 loading screen shows up it restarts and asks me to pick from run windows normally or check for problems i did both and nothing helped

Help ;(. What to do?

Have you just connected your ssd from your old system straight into your new system or have you done a fresh install.
If the former, have you installed all the new mobo chipset and drivers?

I did the first thing, does it mean i need a new win 7? I mean fresh one with this kind of hardware change?

Agree with Idleman, you really need to do a fresh install, especially going from one chipset to another.

A fresh install mate is always wise when changing out the mobo. Head to the Asus website and grab the latest drivers from there too, also the latest drivers for your GPU.
