Need help with PC build pls

I'm new to building PCs and would like my PC to be able to run games at ultra / high graphics at high FPS while keeping GPU / CPU temps decently cool.

Please let me know if the build is Good!
What you would change to make it cheaper or improve performance without too much of a cost increase?

Understandable, but I was also looking to build a PC I like the look of which would include the case, RAM, Cooler (I wanted a cooler with a LCD screen) I chose in my original post. Would that work and still give good performance? I also read up that DDR5 isn't that much better right now and is way overpriced?
