I bought A 2070s slapped it in the pc and it would not quite fit in the slot so I moved it over a slot. The pc powered up the fans spun and it restarted, fans spun pc restarted and so on. I put the old card back in and the exact thing is happening again.
Not sure what to do, hopefully someone can suggest a fix.
