Need help with ram

hi all, im currently looking for some ram for a pc im building.

So far i have an asrock extreme3 r2.0 and an AMD 4300FX.

I've been looking at compatibilty etc but it still confuses me. Could anybody tell me if this ---> http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-173-KS is compatible with the cpu and motherboard. Or is there any other ram that would be better for around the same price?
