hi guys,
Got an annoying one, Back at the beginning of 2011 I took out an admittedly very good Tesco mobile contract of 500 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited data (i dont use texts but do use about 300 mins a month and the data) for £10 a month.
They also did a similiar contract for 1GB of data for £7.50.
Anyway fast forward to now, when I now get to around 1GB use I get the warning of fair use, now I find this annoying as ive been paying £2.50 a month to Tesco who just lied what unlimited was, and these days they do a 2GB contract.
Fair enough I understand it costs more, but I feel they just lied about it being unlimited, as imo if they are willing to take my money now for unlimited how can they say its a 50% fair use of their other contracts?
Spoke to first line support at tesco and they basically say, they said unlimited because thats all they could offer and 1GB was fair then, and to count myself lucky I have that contract.
So is there anything I can do to atleast get it higher than 1GB?
