Hi,

I need some help choosing a new graphics card since my 9800GT 512MB died last night. I've been looking at a few but just don't know what's best, ATi or nVidia (I've never used ATi). I need one that will run BC2 well and I have a budget of around £80. This is my current system spec.:

OS: Windows XP 32bit (Don't talk about Dx10 etc.. I'm not switching)
CPU: AMD64 AthlonII 240 (2.8GHz X2)
Memory: Crucial 2GB DDR2 800MHz
Motherboard: Biostar TA770E
HDD: 160GB SATA 3.5" 7200rpm
Case: CiT 1008 Piano-Black Midi-ATX
PSU: CiT 1008 500W (+12V1 = 13A, 12V2 = 14A)

Somethig that will run efficiently and optimally with this system...

Regards,
Nathan.

I can use either a 'NEC LCD1511M' or a 'Compaq V500'. I don't know what 1080p means. I run my computer at 1024x768, and 800x600 on the latest games...

EDIT: I am looking into buying a new PSU too, what does it mean if a PSU has more than one +12V rail? And can too many amperes or watts kill the system?
