Should all be OK at stock, But you might aswell overclock to 4.4 - 4.6GHz. Its easy.
The i5 2500K with a Z68/P67 can very easily.
My spec in post#2 will do about 4Ghz with the stock cooler.

Try it at stock, then if you fancy more power you can then simply change the CPU ratio in the BIOS from 33X to say 40X.
Sorry for bumping this but; the first spec, my friend said that I'd want to get that overclocked if i wanted to run FSX with a few add-ons at about 30 FPS Stable? Should I get this one? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-080-OE
