NEED HELP

need help with my new build I set my CPU multiplier to 4.3 it save and reset and now it will not boot windows just get a blue screen and when I go into bios and its frozen.

Can you help

Yeah, resetting the CMOS will fix it.

Then load up defaults and away you go.

Did the same myself a while back. I thought I broke it til I read I had to touch 2 pins on the motherboard with a screwdriver or other metallic object, if someone had told me that's what I had to do without me reading the manual first I wouldn't have believed them.

Actually I have one too these days, definitely easier than fannying about with the CMOS battery and shorting pins
