A way to rule out motherboard PWM isuues, i'm assuming that you have connected the fans to the motherboard header, is to use the low voltage cables supplied.

If you cannot PWM regulate the fans then please use the supplied resistor wires, tagged as 'low-noise' adapters. this will prevent the fans from spinning/rotating at the full 1500 RPM, and will restrict them to a silent 1200 RPM instead.

Connect the fans 'direct' to the PSU , using a molex to 3pin fan connector with the 'low noise' adapter.

Your fans will spin constantly, but you will be able to see if the mobo is at fault.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply thing is they do work they just don't seems to work how they should right now 1 of the 2 fans is spinning the other day both was working fine i'm at a loss sometimes they work

Try plugging them into one of the other fan connectors on your motherboard, if you can't do the method i posted above ( bypassing the motherboard )

The other fan connectors will power your fans fine, you'll just lose the PWM control - which sounds like the problem atm.
