Need Internet whilst on the move - but not contract?

Now a days most places let you bring your number over so the only reason I can think of needing a dual sim phone is if you are a trader or similar and use lots of different numbers to call from for work etc.

...That or you've got another missus on the side ;)
 
can anyone point me at a true payg option (no recurring charges) for sim only with tethering for sporadic use in my own wifi dongle on the move?
