Need more Storage 2TB Drives

Thinking of picking up a couple of these.

not really bothered about speed as like the title says they are for music & Video really.

They all appear to be around the 100 - 120 mark.

Can anyone suggest the ones to get or the ones to avoid.

Also Im after a docking station, I hear some dont support 2TB's drives can anyone suggest a cheap one that does.

I've got two Seagate ST32000542AS 2TB drives coming today for my Synology NAS, to replace the Samsung F1s 320GBs which were only temporary. The 2TB drives are quite close but any 5400/5900rpm drive should be quiet, cool and still quick. I wasn't too sure about the WD Green drives as some models have to be realigned or something & didn't like the performance figures.

I have been looking at the samsungs because I already have a 1.5 sammy.

I got skeered of seagate after the 1.5TB fiasco a while back, even though they have always been the top performers.

I read that review a few days ago...

Either the Seagate Barracuda LP 2TB (ST32000542AS) or Samsung EcoGreen F3 2TB would be decent, personally I would go for the Samsung as I already have 3 x 1.5TB Samsung EcoGreens running in my WHS box...cool, quiet and decent performance.
