The time has come for more storage I'm running dangerously low, Its been about 2 years since I last bought a HDD so I'm very out of touch with what's reputable and what's naff!

I currently have a 1TB Samsung drive that's still going strong , Ideally would like to get a 2TB drive, also looking at getting a 1TB backup drive for files/system image of SSD/music.

Thanks for the help :)

I've always liked Seagate products myself.
I just put the 2TB Seagate Baracuda 7200rpm HDD in my own rig. Heard lots of good things about those.

Mostly, I just browse the shop and pay particular attention to those with lots of stars and good user reviews!

You should be pretty safe with most brands.
I like the Toshiba/Hitachi drives, but the new Seagates are also supposed to be good.
The only thing I would avoid would be the WD Green drives - had nothing but issues with those.
