Need New Camera (sub-£200)

Hi,

Am in need of a new digital camera to replace my old Nikon 2100. Have a budget of upto £200 would like SD or Compact Flash & prefer camera to use AA batteries.
Have been looking at the Canon Powershot A630 which seems to fit the bill, I have also noticed the Ixus range, are they as good??

I think you should actually avoid AA batteries. They run out much quicker, and are bulky and heavy.
The normal lithium ion (?) type last far longer, although the trade off is you need to bring your charger where ever you go. But remember if you buy just normal AA batteries they will die pretty quick in a camera.

Thx for pointing me in the right direction, Have decided on the Fuji F31fd which i have found for £169, that plus a big xD card should keep me going for a while
