Seeing this weeks offers on HDDs, any recommendations on which to use. I have used WD greens bfore - so far - so good. Are the reds worth the extra (apart from warranty). The 4TH green is £120 currently, not sure if over kill and should go for a 3TB.

Will be used to store movies etc , roughly 20gb + in size each.

The Reds are firmware tuned to run in NAS boxes, particularly under RAID. FWIW, I have a stack of USB3 2TB drives I use (and it's getting messy!)

If you use Greens make sure you wdide them and change the park times otherwise you'll start to get SMART errors.
I moved from 1 and 2Tb Greens to 3Tb Reds to 4Tb Seagates.
