I am looking for a new drive for my laptop.
Want the fastest possible drive. Can't afford ssd, also needs to be at least 250gb. Can only fit 1 hdd in laptop so option for ssd for boot plus hdd for storage isn't an option.
Read quite a bit about Momentus XT and WD Scorpio Black and still can't decide if i should go for one of those or something different. There seem to be quite a few people having issues with the XT even though some have been resolved with the firmware update. Also there seems to be noise isuues with the Scorpio black.
