Or are you looking at the true price of an unlimited (contended) service? In which case it is still worth every penny if you need that kind of usage at any time.
Tosk said:you will find most good isps that give you upto 8mbs are ok with low pings
but if you go over that you will have a higher ping when gaming
also divaboy i find it hard to beleave any isp with interleaving. will turn
it off for you. they add if for all adsl llu based connections from 16mbs+
titan and adsl24 seem to be abit pricey. but they do look like a good isp
i wouldnt pay that much for an 8mbs connection tho.
if i was looking for a new isp i would probly go for ukonline 8mbs

Tosk said:that guys only getting just over 6mbs divaboy so really interleaving isnt needed
so i dont know why the isp even turned it on. i guess they switch it on for all of
there customers just to be safe. incase most of them have old lan lines
i find if you go past 10mbs most lines need it. coz if not there Noise Margin or Line Attenuation just drops out.

a MAC code is just a bunch of numbers and letters which are assigned to your telephone number for 30 days! these letters and numbers (MAC) allow you to move from 1 isp to another.ShiWarrior said:cheers
so how does that work then, if i use the MAC code, what does that do?
Will it still go via nildram or does that just like a mobile phone when u ask the the PAC code? just so they can relase it to u so u can use the same number
