Need new mobo

Got everything else spec'd out just need a new mobo to go with it all £150 -/+ £10 it will be with the following;
i5 2500k
8gb Corsair Vengeance
h60 corsair cooler
tx 850watt v2 psu
Radeon hd 6950 gfx card

asus p8z68v-pro or asrock extreme4 gen3(tho bit over budget at £170 if bought from ocuk).
