Need new speakers

My logitech z4 2.1 speakers are on their way out and I need a new set but I know nothing in this area, so maybe someone can help

Im looking for a 2.0 system and I have about £100 to play with. Currently, im using onboard sound from my Asus x79 sabertooth to play music + games from my computer, but I also have a 3.5mm cable that goes from the same monitor I use for my pc to play sound from my PS3 through my speakers......if that makes any sense? Essentially, I would like to keep doing that...

Anyway, I hope someone can help =)

If you can stretch to £120, I would get some M-Audio Studiophile Av40.

Those Microlab ones as suggested above are supposed to be great for the money as well.

You could just buy a splitter, the male going into the speaker and 1 female connector goes to your PC, the other to your monitor for your PS3.

Thanks people, I will look into the microlabs and edifier speakers. They do look rather large though...

Audioengine A2's are very good, and are fairly small. Not cheap though, at about £135.
