Can you guys recommend a good nvme mainly used for storage and programs 1.5T and above?

What system are you using it with? Do you need Gen 3 or Gen 4?

i have a Rog B660-A with 12700 and i already have a 980 pro 1TB and A 1tb Crucial p5p.

You won't notice the diff between gen 3 and 4 as long as the gen 3 is of decent repute (aka 3000-3500 for both read/write sustained spec). So go for what's most cost effective.

You can get the WD_BLACK 2TB SN770 for £122 as an example of a gen 4 drive right now to give you an idea of how low prices have come. 4500MB/s write and 5100MB/s read. decent for everyday use.
