hey guys i need your opinion on my component's for my new build, i aim to get a "bulletproof" and solid high end system gaming unit so here it is guys let me know if you would change anything:

MSI GeForce GTX 780 Lightning 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

Intel Core i7-4770K 3.50GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail

Asus Z87 SABERTOOTH Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard

Seasonic X-Series 650w '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply

Samsung 128GB SSD 840 PRO SATA 6Gb/s Basic - (MZ-7PD128BW)

Toshiba (7K1000.D) 1TB SATA 6GB/s 32MB Cache - OEM

Avexir Venom Series 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz

BitFenix Shinobi USB3.0 Gaming Windowed Case - Black

Prolimatech Black Megahalems CPU Cooler Prolimatech

Noiseblocker BlackSilent Pro Fan PLPS - 120mm PWM (x2) i think it is needed to have 2 fans right?

guys let me know what you think of the build and the computer case with the rig..i want to overclock my gtx 780 card so i was wondering if the powersupply is enough and wont blow with the motherboard

Yeah, I'd be tempted to go for a higher wattage PSU - 650W is probably fine, but having a bit more can't hurt, especially if you eventually decide to get another 780 for SLI.

Also, from my experience, I'd say forget the mechanical HDD and just get a bigger SSD - I regret not getting a higher capacity SSD for my rig which I use for gaming. The new Samsung EVO series aren't priced too badly - you can get a 1 TB EVO SSD for just £480 or 1/2 TB for £280. Pretty good deal if you ask me. Plus you won't regret getting a quality SSD for gaming, the load times are immensely shorter.

^^
Agree get a larger ssd and if you have the spare funds get more wattage 750w or above to try future proof the PSU a little

to be honest this is the budget i got right here now, it sucks now because maybe i have to pay more now for a better power supply if i am going to use msi afterburner on my gtx card and i dont really wanna pay more money, wouldn't this PSU be fine for overclocking and also is the ssd i got now improve my loadingh speeds in games a bit more surely?

Yeah the SSD you listed is good and has great read/write speeds, but it's just the capacity which is quite low - although it really depends on how many games you'll be playing and what games they are, for example BF4 is 23.85GB in size; if most of your games are around that big, then you'll have room for about 5 games on your SSD. It's up to you, but I'd go for a larger capacity SSD and scrap the mechanical HDD.

From my experience after building the rig in my signature, I wished I'd have waited for the 1TB EVO SSD to come out and got that instead of the 256 SSD and 2TB Seagate Barracuda I got. That's how good SSDs are, especially if you are gaming and don't require huge amounts of storage (not > 1TB).

its too pricey for my budget which is £1600, this is different now but will i have to manually get the solid state drive to be shown in "my computer" so i can move my games to the folder if you know what i am saying?

its too pricey for my budget which is £1600

Seriously?

I've made a few little changes and put a bigger PSU in and a bigger SSD (both great quality products) and its £300 under budget..

Yes, the KFA2 isn't a lightning but it has overclocking headroom.. It's unbelievable value.

this looks nice, do you think the motherboard is better for me because of the graphics card i got? instead of buyingthe 200 pound asus sabretooth?

Very much like that, will look stunning with the lightning

I would go for the option with h100 in it.
Just in case you decide to overclock that 4770k.

The megahalems will allow overclocking too, should be able to get to 4.3-4.5 pretty easy.. (it is a great air cooler).

It's just a good motherboard for the money and it matches the black and yellow theme. :)

Nice build that, good job on the colour coordination ;)

I agree on the fact that a bigger SSD is a good idea, I've got a 128GB M4. I have just done a fresh install, with all the updates, bf4, world of tanks, war thunder and Arma 3 installed I have just under 20gb HDD space left.

guys i am not looking to overclock the cpu, i aint experienced at all in overclocking, although i think i will try and use msi afterburner and overclock the graphics card a little, dose anyone know the difference between the 2 motherboards asus sabretooth and the msi za7 mpower. how comes there is a different price range someone reccomended me the asus sabretooth in the first place because they said it is a really solid bulletproof motherboard would you guys agree?

If you do not intend on OCing, then there is not much point in buying a high end board. Just choose a board that has the features you require. And spend the money saved, elsewhere.
The MSI Z87-G45 is a good board and offers you sli capabilities, should you wish to add another 780 at some point.

If you're not overclocking you've gone way over the top. You don't need a K-series CPU or a Z87 motherboard.

I'd recommend it, though, even if you just use the auto-overclock feauture.

there is auto overclock features wtf? and i want a k series cpu anyway :P

besdies isnt there any motherboards or a cpu at the same price just as good but not for overlocking? can anyone find me a motherboard the same price roughly as this msi z87 mpower?

All the Z87 boards are capable of OCing, just that the higher end boards offer better OCing features. I don`t understand why you want to get a board for the same price as the MPower. The MSI G45 Gaming board I linked earlier would be suitable for your needs. Or you could just get the Z87X-D3H, even cheaper.

you dont understand because i dont understand basically, i aint clued up with pc components. so what would be the difference between the mpower and the msi g45 price wise is it just purely because the mpower board has overclocking features and that is it? if the mpower was more stable and long lasting board i would still go for that because i want something bulletproof and long lasting
