Any of the Netbooks in the OcUK range fit that description:

It looks like you end up paying a £5 premium for a case colour like a lot of other retailers charge on the cheapest 3 and the next batch of 3 are the same price. Wouldn't bother with the most expensive 2 personally to be honest.
A cheaper Netbook might fight the purpose well; I have an Acer Aspire ONE with an 8GB SSD that came with linux and was VERY fast at loading but not flexible enough for my needs so has ended up with XP and an 8GB SD card to effectively expand the HDD (this took a bit of fiddling to get Windows to play along).
