Need some advice please

Hi all,

Sorry in advance as I'm not very good at this stuff.

Basically I need a new graphics card for my pc which I will link below. It has a built in GC but there's a slot for an additional Radeon GC I believe. I want to fill this slot to improve performance and fps for gaming.

Any advice on which card to get would be appreciated

Will you be gaming? What sort of budget and what resolution you running?

Gaming yes, PUBG to be specific. 1920 x 1080 and £100 - £150

For that price and that resolution i would recommend a 1050Ti or a used GTX 970... Both capable cards and will run PUBG at a decent level

Reading around 1050Ti copes with pubg at 1080p and you can pick one up at that price point.

Note that pub isn't well optimised and that cpu is a major factor in performance for this game

This is my cpu, would those cards work Ok? Also, does it matter that the extra gcard slot says Radeon on it? Or would these cards be comparable regardless?

Your link not working unfortunately.

Afaik all modern graphics cards use PCIe slots on your motherboard so I'd be very surprised if this was an actual limitation for you.

Your CPU is a 6400, it's not very fast but neither is a 1050ti I suppose.

What model PC are you using as power supply will need to be factored.
