Need some advice

Howdy folks
I'm buying the 1st parts of my new build and i'm trying to decide if the ud3 or ud5 would be a better choice i'm mostly gaming with some overclocking for fun.

It will be water cooled and have a I7 920 and 6gb of ram this stuff Corsair XMS3 DDR3, PC3-12800 if i buy a ud5 or I could spend a little more on the ram if I get the UD3.

I have a budget of around £550 and i'm open to ideas if some one can come up with a better plan.

What hardware does that budget cover Sean?

hi sorry yep should have said that's for cpu.motherboard and ram.

Still could use a hand here i'm all conflicted I had decided on the UD5 but found a DFI LP UT X58-T3EH8 for the same price would this be a good alternative.

I have read up on both boards and they both seem to have some quirks but if anyone has used them advice would be appreciated.

If your choice is gaming mainly I'd go with i5 or PII instead of i7 : ).
