Need some advices please

I have a problem with my OS atm, i am using Window XP Pro Sp 2. Recently i get some random freezes and forced me to reboot the pc with the Power Button ONLY. Can anyone help me to fix this bug please?

AMD Phenom 9500
2 GB G.Skill Ram 5- 5- 5-12
Western Digitial HDD 80GB
Asus M2N SLI-Deluxe Mobo
EVGA 8800GT
X-Fi Gamer
Cooling Master 650w PSU

Is it a brand new build? How often does it crash? If frequently, try using safe mode for a bit to see if it is software related.

You could also try reseating your gpu and RAM plus check all the connections in your case. If you are overclocking, return everything to stock including your RAM timings. Run memtest to check the RAM is ok.
