Need some Advise memory settings

Before i start, i know my system is old spec, just dont have the cash flow right now for a new system

I have a QX9650 C0; EVGA 780i system and mem is OCZ Reaper 4gb (OCZ2RPR10664GK), i wondering what would be the best setting to run my memory at, right now i am use CPUZ showing me dram freq at 400Mhz and my FSB : DRAM 5:6, timming at 5:5:5:15:24:2T 2.1v anyone with this system setup or got any advise i would like to know?

its not old spec at all, so what you dont have an i system but in 6 months time even those will be out of date - its all about what your happy with not just having the latest and greatest for the sake of it.
anyway.....

that ram seems fine, you could probs overclock it to cas4 timings but really you wont see much of a gain if any in RL.

i presume your cpu is oc given the ratio on your ram?? ie thats why it isnt 1:1???
